Thank you for your purchase. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. We stand behind our products 100% and will issue a full refund (USA orders only) if you find that within sixty (60) days you are not satisfied with the results. However, we recommend that you give our supplements 6-8 weeks of consistent use, as directed on the product label, to show noticeable change. Depending on your diet and lifestyle, the speed of effectiveness may vary from individual to individual.

Return Policy
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.
If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within sixty (60) days of the date you received your item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be credited back to your original method of payment within two (2) weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time required to confirm a payment, so please allow a minimum of a least a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email contact@healthy23.com within thirty (30) days of receiving your product to begin the process.
Return Process
A Healthy23® Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required to return a product covered under Healthy23® refund & exchange policy. To return an item, please submitted a return request to contact@healthy23.com to obtain a (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely inside its original packaging along with the RMA form provided and mail your return, with the RMA number clearly stated on the package to the address provided on the RMA form.
Please note, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Heathly23® will not be responsible for any lost packages.
Final Sale Items
If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
Insurance
If you’re shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.
